JOB DUTIES:
Participate in User Requirements Gathering, Writing Functional /Technical Specs, Creating BPPs (Business Process Procedure Documents for Agenda .NET. Customization and prototyping, detailed configuration, transport request shifting, cutover strategy, training, documentation, conversion. Involving in Project Planning, system configuration; system testing, user training, documentation, and post go-live support. Performing Data migration activities - legacy to ECC 6.0 using Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW). Participate in various RICEF objects including design and development of various complex interfaces and conversion objects. Working in Implementation of Ariba Sourcing based on best practices, prototypes, business requirements workshops, Design documents and test plans/executions. Participate in migration of Ariba on premise to SAP Ariba Cloud solutions. Work under supervision. Travel And/or Relocation to unanticipated client sites is required.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information Systems or Closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or Very closely related area. Employer also accepts a bachelor’s degree (or foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information Systems or Closely related field earned through any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service in lieu of bachelors degree plus Twelve (12) months of progressive work experience in related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience should include Twelve (12) months of working as IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or closely related IT position. Experience with AWS or Azure or any cloud software for twelve (12) months is required.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Techpath Inc’ Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage Techpath Inc’ employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at Techpath Inc.
ELIGIBILITY:
Current employees of Techpath Inc are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company.
INCENTIVES OFFERED:
If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 180 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $500 (US dollars). There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.
REFFERAL PROCEDURE:
Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting the HR directly. If the candidate referred by the employee is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly. Upon meeting the requirements the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate name.
